The way points of this running / walking route:
Park in car park on Cochno rd and turn right heading up past house into far road. On left is kissing gate go through into field - there may be sheep
Head out on to hill and follow burn up to reservoir
At the dam bear left along boggy track
Upand down to top of Cochno hill
Some steep sections down hill to the head of the dam
old worn away tarmac track down to farm
back along road to car park
