The way points of this running / walking route:
The route starts at the end of Fourth Avenue but really anywhere where you find a place to park will do
How you run along the greensward doesn't really matter - just avoid kites, dogs etc.
Its better to be up on the sea wall IMO but you can also run down beside it or (tide willing) on the beach
Definitely better to stay up here and not run along the beach.
Now go down to the beach level promenade
Stop at the pier for a rest if you want...
Mind the life boats
