The way points of this running / walking route:
Park your car at the right side of the mainroad from Estepona to Gaucin. Take the steep small road on the right that takes you to 'Refugio'. You need hiking boots, if you take the entire tour. Otherwise you have to retun at the refugio on the same road from where you came. There is no catering at all. You need 1 litre of water per person.
Enjoy the view on the Mediterranian Sea and the rock of Gibraltar

Take a rest (no catering !) From here you may hike downwards on the steep path (by hiking boots only !) or return the same the way that you came (training shoes)
