The way points of this running / walking route:
Haro & Nicola
Cross lagoon drive and go left along Lost Lagoon
Cross the footbridge and the road
Continue along Rawlings Trail
Continue straight on Rawlings
Starts uphill
Continue straight (Rawlings Trail still)
Last little bit of uphill
Straight through (Tatlow Walk)
Turn left onto Bridle Path
Cross Equestrian/Pedestrian bridge to the right (Lake Trail)
Continue straight along north side of Beaver Lake

Left onto Ravine Trail
Cross the road
Left on Sea Wall
Veer left onto Avison Trail
Continue left on Avison Trail. Now THIS is a hill
Cross over bridge and then cross road. you should see trail off to the left, if not don't worry you'll meet up with Prospect Pt Trail up the road (might be closed due to wind storm damage)
If trail is closed carefully follow Stanley Park Drive until you can re enter the trail system (Prospect Pt Trail can be accessed off of the main road farther down)
Continue straight on main trail
Trail becomes Bridle path. Follow Bridle Path (larger) NOT Rawlings.

Continue straight (Bridle Path)
Continue Straight (Bridle Path)
Cross road to Second Beach and run through pedestrian area between pool and the concession and onto path above the Beach
Continue up the hill on the path or along the sea wall
If you took the sea wall (no hill) then you will need to take this path to Beach avenue and then go right
Cross Beach Ave and finish up on the paved path between the park office and the apartments of the West End
turn right here to go to Denman street for a well deserved gelato or coffee.
